Tammy began her career with Ernst & Whinney in the Harrisburg, PA office. She had been a member of the Bertz, Hess & Co. team since 1985, prior to transitioning to emc through the merger in November 2025.
As tax manager, Tammy specializes in complex tax-related work, including tax preparation, research, and planning. She serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals, fiduciaries, corporations, pass-through entities, and nonprofits.

Tammy and her husband, Lenny, live in Lancaster. They have two married daughters and one grandson. Tammy enjoys traveling, kayaking along the Eastern shores of Maryland and Virginia, and tending to her native plants.
