Glenn has over 35 years of business, accounting, consulting, and valuation experience. Engagement experience includes valuations and consulting related to succession planning and implementation; fair value accounting and GAAP reporting; buying or selling a business; establishment of buy/sell agreements; gift and estate tax planning and settlement; and ESOP Plan administration. Engagements were in the industries of, but not limited to, architecture and engineering, advertising, marketing and media, automobile dealerships, banking, brokerage, construction and contracting, medical and dental practices, distribution, food service, franchising, insurance, law firms, manufacturing, real estate holding companies, retailing, telecommunications, transportation and trucking, and wholesaling.
His professional responsibilities include performing closely-held business valuations and intangible asset appraisals, but Glenn also has personal extensive roots and connections in South Central PA. He moved to York 30 years ago and has raised two boys here with his wife of 33 years. Over the last 25 years he has focused exclusively on business valuations, but was previously an entrepreneur and business owner. Glenn came to emc from a larger, national firm, and is excited for the opportunity to reconnect and reinvest within the community while bringing his knowledge to local clients.

Glenn lives in York with his wife of 35+ years, and also has two grown boys. His hobbies are marathon running, guitar, reading and spending time with his wife and dog.
